Qingdao Jindi Lanwan Steel Structure Corridor Project

The connecting corridor of Qingdao Jindi Blue Bay project adopts 800 * 300 large rectangular pipes produced by Speer, and the profiles are extruded, with a total span of 17m and a height of 2.8m. The total weight of the upper and lower beams is 1.2 tons, which is 80% lighter than the steel structure (6 tons). The weight of the profile is 33 kilograms, and the production of a single piece consumes over 1700 yarns. The production technology is extremely difficult, so Speer Company opened a mold and extruded it in one go. Although it has a huge volume, the material is lightweight, and the installation and construction are simple and fast. Only the wheel axle is used for lifting on site, saving time and effort.
