FRP connectors for sandwich insulation walls
The sandwich insulation wall FRP connector developed and produced by Speer is a key component for connecting the concrete slabs on both sides of the insulation board. Its main function is to resist the lifting effect between the inner and outer leaf wall concrete slabs and the shear force between the walls. FRP connectors include two components: FRP connectors and ABS engineering plastic collars. The FRP connectors are used to connect the concrete slabs on both sides of the insulation board, while the ABS engineering plastic collars are used to fix the position of the connectors when pouring concrete. Speer Company has formed a large-scale production capacity for FRP connector series products. From research and development to December 2019, it has supplied more than 13 million FRP connectors in bulk to Vanke Beijing region, China Construction Group Anhui Hailong Company, Beijing Zhuzong, Yuanda Zhugong, Zhongnan Construction Group, Shanghai Construction, Shanghai Zhuzong and other companies
FRP connectors for composite insulation integrated panels
The figure on the right shows an external wall insulation connector. Compared with commonly used all plastic anchor bolts or nails, this FRP connector has excellent mechanical indicators such as longitudinal tensile strength, superior pull-out resistance, and stable anchoring performance; Compared to steel anchor rods, under the same anchorage length, the pull-out performance is basically the same as that of steel bars, but it will not rust and has excellent thermal insulation performance.
