    With the development of modern composite material technology, composite materials represented by fiberglass have been increasingly recognized for their excellent anti-corrosion performance and mechanical strength. The fiberglass structure cooling tower is a new type of cooling tower structure developed by our company based on years of research and design in cooling towers, combined with modern composite material technology and foreign technology. It represents the latest technology and higher level of cooling tower development in the world today. The all glass steel structure cooling tower has been increasingly applied in chemical, metallurgical, power and other fields at home and abroad due to its stable frame structure, super strong corrosion resistance, compact weight, and easy installation. Especially in foreign countries, it has been widely used in chemical circulating water systems containing corrosive media and systems using seawater as the circulating water medium.

    Tower structure:

    The frame structure of all glass fiber reinforced plastic cooling tower adopts uniform grid column structure, and all columns, connecting slant support and supporting beams adopt machine-made glass fiber reinforced plastic extruded profiles.

    The support column and slant support adopt square FRP extruded and pulled square tubes, the axial and longitudinal support beams adopt FRP profiles, the cooling tower frame structure adopts slant support to strengthen, and at the same time, the operating load, including wind load and seismic load, is evenly transferred to the concrete foundation.

    The wall panels at the end of the cooling tower, the enclosure panels above the air inlet, and the partition panels inside the tower are all made of fiberglass plates. The platform at the top of the tower adopts a mechanism extruded anti slip deck. The railings of the maintenance walkway at the top of the tower and inside the tower are made of fiberglass square tubes. The frame structure and pedals of the upper tower staircase are made of mechanism extruded fiberglass profiles.

    All frame connections and splices of the fiberglass cooling tower are made with stainless steel bolts without any adhesive bonding.

    Blade: Cooling tower blades produced using pultrusion technology. Blades are an important component of cooling tower fans. Currently, common fan blades mainly include fan blade seat assemblies and fan blade assemblies. When assembling fan blades, the fan blade seat assemblies and fan blade assemblies are connected and fixed by bolts and nuts.
